Fill out the required information below in order to rent instruments from the Harrison Central High School Band.

    Instrument Rental
    All Request Forms must be turned in 2 weeks before the rental request date. This will allow us to gather the requested items and make sure they are in a playable condition. 

    I understand that the above-mentioned instrument(s) and/or accessories are property of the Harrison Hills City School District. I am renting the instrument and/or accessories in acceptable playing     condition, and am responsible for its maintenance and general upkeep. The repair or replacement cost of any lost, damaged, or missing inventory shall be the sole responsibility of the renter to which it was originally issued. All equipment is to be returned to the Director(s) upon request. This include: instruments, harnesses, sticks, mallets, instruments parts, etc.
